Capitola Home Care LLC. is a locally and family-owned business. We have over twenty-two years of experience in providing exceptional caregiving services to elders and adults with disabilities. We assist elders by providing personalized non-medical care and services to assist with daily activities in order to allow your loved one to continue living safely at home. We provide compassionate, trustworthy, and personable care to all our clients within the comfort of their own home. We understand transitioning to in home care may be a new experience for some of you, but we are here to answer all of your questions.

Each client is unique. That’s why we strive to meet each client’s individual needs by having open and constant line of communication with our clients and their families, and by following the care plan provided by either hospice or a physician.

We provide trustworthy and compassionate care

We are licensed and insured to provide in home care to your loved one. Our caregivers are professional, undergo a background check, reliable, and are certified and trained in caregiving. We have both male and female caregivers, as well as a licensed vocational nurse on staff, and strive to schedule each client with the caregiver they feel most comfortable with.

We Have Custom Client Information Logs for Each Client 

We have worked with a wide range of clients with multiple types of health conditions, so we work to create an individualized information log that addresses the client’s wellness needs. We have several options for in-home care, and provide custom client information logs to each of our clients so that caregivers are well informed. Our coordinator works to ensure the clients overall wellness needs are being met. This information log can be updated every six months or whenever a new diagnosis has been made and additional care is needed.

Flexible Schedules

We provide 24/7 care to clients who need it, but also provide part time care for clients who may only need a few hours of assistance a day or week. You decide what is most convenient and helpful for you or your loved one, and we will meet those needs. Additionally, clients can expand the hours they need care or decrease the hours if needed. Our scheduling options are extremely flexible to best serve your needs.

How In Home Care Works

Step 1: Receive a Free In Home Consultation

Contact us by phone or email and we will assist you by answering any questions or concerns you may have. We can then move forward by scheduling a free in-home consultation for you. This will allow us to better understand your specific situation and needs, and to further answer any questions.

Step 2: Client Information Log and Scheduling

After meeting and answering your questions and concerns. We will ask you many questions to better get to know your loved one so we can create a custom client information log. This will allow us to provide the best possible care. Our care coordinator will find a caregiver that will best meet your needs and schedule them to work the hours needed. Care can begin the same week as your in-home consultation if needed.

Step 3: Receive Quality Care for Your Loved One

Our caregivers will work to provide the best care to your loved one during the hours they are scheduled. Our coordinator will keep an open line of communication to ensure your loved one is receiving the best service possible. The schedule can always be adjusted based on the needs of your loved ones.
