Program Overview
The Compassionate Everyday Support Program is designed to help individuals maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while living safely in their own homes. This non-medical program provides personalized assistance with daily routines, companionship, and household support, adapting to each client’s level of independence and evolving needs. Our approach is person-centered and relationship-driven, focusing on comfort, safety, emotional well-being, and respect. Services are fl exible and delivered with compassion to support both clients and their families.
Levels Of Support
Level 1:
Independent Support
For clients who are mostly independent but benefit from light assistance and companionship.
- Companionship and social engagement
- Light housekeeping and home support
- Meal planning and light meal preparation
- Errands and grocery shopping
- Transportation to non-medical appointments and outings
- Medication reminders (no administration)
- Routine check-ins and activity encouragement
Level 2:
Stand-By Support
For clients who are generally independent but need supervision, reassurance, or occasional hands-on assistance.
- Stand-by assistance for mobility and transfers
- Support with daily routines (morning/evening)
- Meal preparation and hydration reminders
- Supervision during bathing, dressing, or grooming (non-medical)
- Safety monitoring and fall prevention
- Emotional reassurance and companionship
Level 3:
Full Support
For clients who require consistent, hands-on assistance throughout the day.
- Hands-on assistance with personal care (non-medical)
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Toileting and incontinence support (non-medical)
- Continuous supervision and safety monitoring
- Companionship and emotional support
